What This Expertise Covers

This expertise focuses on evaluating, designing, procuring, and implementing the most suitable technological solutions to meet business and PTA requirements. The objective is to ensure high operational performance, strong user adoption, and maximum competitiveness, especially in the context of bids and contract renewals.

This expertise also covers end to end support from gathering business needs to delivering the final operational solution including alignment with support functions and ensuring that end users fully understand and benefit from the implemented solution.

Experts in this field are able to:

• Assess business needs to recommend the most appropriate IT and application solutions.

• Evaluate opportunity and feasibility, considering functional, technical, financial, and operational aspects.

• Support procurement and vendor coordination, including solution design, contract discussions, and implementation planning.

• Manage or guide end to end solution delivery, from requirements collection through deployment and transition to run.

• Ensure integration and alignment with related support processes IT, cybersecurity, data, operations, maintenance, etc.

• Facilitate user adoption, ensuring end users understand the solution’s value and are properly supported through change.

• Contribute to bids and tenders by defining solution architectures, estimating impacts, and ensuring competitiveness.
