M365 security engineer AI oriented

We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the auditor sector and are looking for a M365 Security Engineer – AI Oriented to take on the following responsibilities :

• Define and manage security standards for M365 applications managed by T&DS teams.
• Manage the security standards lifecycle, including creation, updates, validation, and documentation.
• Develop and follow remediation plans related to M365 application security.
• Define and maintain security standards related to AI, with a specific focus on Microsoft Copilot.
• Contribute to AI projects from a cybersecurity perspective.
• Support the implementation of AI within Cyber and Data Protection activities.
• Monitor security developments related to M365 applications, AI, and cybersecurity.
• Define, update, and manage security KPIs within the assigned perimeter.
• Contribute to T&DS certification processes.
• Investigate Level 3 security incidents.
• Collaborate with Cyber and Data Protection team members and other technical teams.

Profile required

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or security management. Experience with Microsoft 365 security and application management is required.

Skills & Expertise:

• M365 Security: Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Microsoft Security: Experience with Microsoft Defender suite, particularly Defender for Office 365 and Intune.
• AI Security: Experience with AI security and governance, particularly Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of AI tools and security considerations around ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, and similar solutions.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI security and management.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001/27002, CIS, CISA SCuBA, and OWASP.
• Programming & Automation: Python and PowerShell scripting skills.
• Azure: Knowledge of Azure infrastructure is a plus.
• Knowledge of security protocols and encryption, including Auditor
• Ability to conduct security and risk analysis.
• Languages: Fluent English and at least one additional language.
