The Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help deliver and scale critical product and engineering initiatives. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, contribute to architectural decisions, and help elevate engineering standards across the team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on development with technical leadership and mentoring.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and execute engineering projects of moderate to high complexity
Deliver new features and platform improvements end-to-end
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operational stakeholders
Contribute to system scalability, reliability, and technical best practices
Help mentor and level up other engineers on the team
Participate in architectural and technical decision-making
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, success in this role will be defined by:
Successfully delivering assigned features and projects
Driving improvements in engineering quality and execution
Becoming a trusted technical contributor across teams
What They’re Looking For
Must-Haves
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong technical foundations across full stack development
Ability to independently own projects and deliver results
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
Experience working in fast-paced engineering environments
Nice-to-Haves
TypeScript experience
Background at large-scale or well-known technology companies
Experience scaling systems and platforms

Programming language background (language is less important than engineering strength)
