THE ROLE
To identify, qualify and select the best talents in the IT industryFollow up and coaching of the selecting candidate during the process
To participate to events within the IT ecosystem
To work closely with business developers within the company
YOU
Fluent in English + fluent in French
Working experience in recruiting tech/digital profiles
Strong interest in the startup ecosystem - a previous experience will be an asset
Ability to build a strong relationship with your candidates
High attention to detail and very organized
A passion to work in a fast growing company that is disrupting the recruiting industry
