Air Liquide Shared Services (ALSP) is one of the Air Liquide Group's 4 main BSCs (Business service centers).
Since its creation in 2015, ALSP has been dedicated to providing efficient accounting, HR administration and payroll services to the Group's French subsidiaries. Within ALSP, the organization is focused on internal customers (CFO, management control, Head of HR & HRBP) who benefit from a privileged point of contact. Our aim: to deliver efficient, high-quality service to our customers
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Performance Management (Finance & HR)
- Data Architecture: Ensure the quality, reliability, and completeness of source data.
- Data Visualization: Translate business requirements into actionable visual dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio). Create, redesign, and optimize dashboard performance and design.
- Google Sheets: Build and enhance operational reporting dashboards for key business teams.
2. Automation & Google Workspace Ecosystem
- Business Application Development: Build custom scripts via Google Apps Script and construct business applications using AppSheet.
- Process Optimization: Identify time-consuming tasks and automate them across Workspace tools (Scripts, Forms, Google Sheets, automated workflows).
3. Data Innovation & Generative AI
- Assistant Development: Design and deploy conversational agents and customized assistants using Gemini.
- Intelligent Workflows: Build advanced automation workflows integrated with AI via Workspace Studio.
- Natural Language Processing: Implement sentiment and semantic analysis on textual data (employee feedback).
- Team Enablement: Facilitate training sessions to support and accelerate AI adoption across teams.
4. Cross-Functional Responsibilities:
- Understand and gather needs from managers, supervisors, and stakeholders.
- Support teams in adopting and leveraging newly deployed solutions.
- Prepare KPIs and SLAs for executive and management communication (Board, COMEX, leadership meetings).
- Maintain, continuously optimize, and expand deployed tools.
- Maintain a sharp critical mindset to drive continuous process improvement.
- Comply with all Group charters and standards (Brand Guidelines, AI Usage, etc.).

Are you a MATCH?
You are currently pursuing a degree at a Business School, Engineering School, or Specialized Master’s program (final-year internship or gap year).
You are naturally curious, highly motivated to learn, and possess strong analytical, synthesis, listening, and communication skills—allowing you to quickly integrate into our team.
You have initial experience in project management (academic or practical) and/or data analytics.
You are fluent in French for daily communication and comfortable conversing in English with international colleagues.
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Hands-on, operational mastery of Power BI (Data Visualization, Power Query, DAX).
- Solid working knowledge of JavaScript (ideally applied to Google Apps Script).
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
Bonus Skills / Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with other data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Periscope, Qlik).
- Knowledge of programming concepts (macros) and/or Google Apps Script.
- Solid grasp of financial concepts and business terminology.
