đ Own device operations for the companies rebuilding IT
Primo is a Gen AI company rebuilding how companies run IT: orchestrating everything around HR data, from onboarding to offboarding, across every device, identity, and app, anywhere in the world.
Weâre hiring a Supply Operations Associate to own our device supply engine end to end: international suppliers, catalog, stock, pricing, delivery. Youâll also ship the projects that scale it into new services and new countries.
This is a build role, not a maintain role. Youâll report directly to Ana, Head of Device Lifecycle Business Unit, with real ownership from day one and AI and automation to move faster than the rest of the market.
đĄ What youâll own
Suppliers, worldwide. Negotiate pricing, rebates, and lead times. Track ETAs. Keep every delivery promise.
Catalog & stock. Keep availability rock-solid across our Device line.
Automation. Kill the repetitive work with AI, scripts, and no-code: price tracking, reporting, all of it.
New launches. Lead the operational rollout of new services and country launches.
Preferred experience
đŒ Who you are
1-2 years in supply ops, purchasing, or category management. Hungry for more scope.
AI-native and curious: you reach for automation before doing anything twice.
A builder: youâd rather own a messy process and fix it than inherit a tidy one.
Rigorous to the decimal: you never send a number you havenât checked twice. Excel and Sheets are second nature.
Organised and customer-sensitive: you know where every order stands, and you chase the late one before the customer has to.
A natural communicator: you move easily from a supplier call to a C-level room, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Support to nail the customer experience.
Fluent in English and French.
