Key accountabilities : Responsible for all assigned area's floor cleaning, replenish supplies, amenities, linens per specification and trained guidelines Guarantees the perfect preparation of rooms for all guest Complete floor check at assigned time Checks and renews floral decorations in the rooms, in collaboration with our team of florists Assists maids and valets if required by the activity Ensures proper operation of all technical facilities available to customers Ensures the hiring, training, motivating, mentoring and development of department members Leads, coordinates and manages the activity and team of valets, maids and crew members on the floor or floors entrusted to him/her to optimize results General

requirements:
3 years experience in a similar field Curiosity and open-mindedness Team management skills Fluent both in French and English (third language appreciated) Knowledge and practice of IT tools Strong customer focus Availability, dynamism, responsiveness and autonomy Developed attention to detail .responsive { width: 100%; max-width: 550px; height: auto; }
