Digital Services is dedicated to supporting and accelerating the company’s digital strategy around three major objectives:

• Attract and develop talent specializing in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Artificial Intelligence. Within Digital Services, the Infrastructure Solutions team is responsible for:
• Designing, deploying, and continuously improving the company’s infrastructure services.
• Optimizing IT Engineering through automation and innovation.
• Developing and promoting the adoption of Cloud technologies.
• Ensuring the performance, security, and resilience of digital services. Your Mission Reporting to the Lead Infrastructure Solution Manager, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of IT engineering through the implementation of automation and artificial intelligence solutions. You will work closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, Support, and Cybersecurity teams to identify opportunities for simplification, optimization, and innovation. The objective of this internship is to design and develop solutions that reduce manual tasks, improve team efficiency, and leverage the capabilities of Generative AI within IT engineering.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify Automation Opportunities Analyze operational processes and activities to identify repetitive, low-value tasks and propose improvement initiatives.
• Develop Automation Solutions Design and implement automation solutions to optimize IT engineering, reporting, compliance controls, and support processes.
• Explore Generative and Agentic AI Use Cases Experiment with and develop use cases based on Azure OpenAI or other AI solutions to support engineering teams in their daily activities.
• Improve IT Support Efficiency Contribute to the development of intelligent assistants capable of helping teams with incident analysis, knowledge retrieval, and recurring issue resolution.
• Develop Dashboards and KPIs Create dashboards to measure productivity gains, operational performance, and adoption of implemented solutions.
• Produce Documentation Write technical documentation, user guides, and best practices related to the implemented solutions.
• Conduct Technology Watch Monitor developments in Cloud, AI, and Automation technologies to identify new opportunities for IT engineering. Technologies You May Use

• Bachelor’s Degree +4/+5 years (Master’s level)
• Engineering School or Master’s Degree specializing in:
• Computer Science
• Cloud Computing
• Artificial Intelligence

• Data & AI Technical Skills
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems.
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or Python).
• Interest in IT process automation.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and innovation.
