Carbon Analyst internship We are looking for Carbon Analyst interns starting from January 2027. During the internship, you will work closely with members of our Customer Operations team to support brands with their Corporate Carbon Accounting (CCA) projects. This work is the core of how we help customers measure and validate their footprint. You'll work on real customer accounts and real data, collaborating with all teams at Carbonfact and contributing to improving our platform. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in carbon accounting and develop analytical and organizational skills in a fast-growing startup environment. Your missions Support the Customer Operations team on customer accounts (e.g. processing and structuring customer data, answering and triaging recurring questions) Analyze CCA reports and compare with previous ones, to clearly explain changes and trends to customers Report bugs and test new features before product releases
- we ship continuously, and your perspectives from working closely with customers are valuable to our Product team What you'll gain Practical training on Carbonfact's platform and carbon accounting methodology Real ownership on projects and direct experience working with customers Opportunities to learn and master AI tools to make everyday work more efficient A front-row seat in the operations team at a scaling technology company Who you are Currently completing a Master's degree or equivalent in France, with at least 6 months of prior internship experience Previous internship experience required, ideally with exposure to carbon accounting, LCA, or sustainability data Proficient with data: Excel/Google Sheets at minimum, any exposure to data analysis tools is a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and performing well under deadlines Curious, proactive, and highly receptive to feedback High fluency and mastery in English, both written and verbal Practical details Contract type: Convention de stage (tripartite agreement with your school), a CDD or apprenticeship contract cannot be substituted for this role Duration: 6 months, full-time
