Associate Director

This role offers the opportunity to combine technical authority in electrical engineering with broader responsibility for projects, clients and people. As Associate Director (Electrical), you will influence the design and delivery of complex electrical infrastructure while helping strengthen our engineering capability in Paris. You will provide technical assurance across power distribution, resilience and critical electrical systems while supporting project leadership, developing engineers and building trusted relationships with clients. • Provide senior technical leadership for electrical engineering across complex projects.
• Lead technical assurance and reviews of major electrical design decisions.
• Oversee delivery and coordination of electrical engineering work.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Drive effective coordination across mechanical, structural, civil and specialist disciplines.
• Mentor engineers and support the continued development of the electrical team.
• Contribute to improving technical standards, design quality and project delivery. Essential Skills
• Strong technical expertise in electrical building services and power infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading electrical delivery on complex engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of power distribution, resilience and critical electrical systems.
• Technical assurance, design review and multidisciplinary coordination capability.
