Job Description
As a Crypto Project Manager, you will lead projects involving blockchain technologies and digital assets to support the Group’s strategic initiatives. On a daily basis, you will plan, coordinate, and track project progress, facilitating communication between technical teams, business units, and external partners. You will be responsible for risk management, adherence to budgets and timelines, and stakeholder documentation and reporting. You will also contribute to monitoring technological trends in crypto solutions to recommend improvements and identify new opportunities. This is a full-time, fully remote position involving regular remote collaboration with international teams. Qualifications Project management
skills:
Proficiency in project management; ability to plan, track, and coordinate complex projects, ideally within the crypto/blockchain sector. Operational coordination
skills:
Experience in expediting to ensure the smooth flow of deliverables and information. Inspection and compliance
skills:
Experience in inspection, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory compliance standards. Compensation
• Base
salary:
$200,000-$250,000 per year
• Pay is not tied to trading performance.
• 25 days of paid time off, plus local public holidays and paid sick leave.
• Company laptop and a home-office stipend.
