Responsibilities:
• Installing the platform on client servers
• Tuning PostgreSQL for load (PgBouncer, connection settings) and load testing before go-live
• Integrating with the client's core banking system (CBS) via API (REST or SOAP)
• Initial data load and reconciliation with the CBS using SQL
• Information security: data storage, access control, encryption, backups
• Testing and acceptance with the client, fixing bugs in the backend and frontend
Requirements:
• Commercial experience in Python development, preferably FastAPI (Django or Flask experience also considered)
• Commercial experience in React development
• Strong PostgreSQL
skills:
complex queries, indexes, query plans, backup and restore
• Installing and administering Linux servers: Docker and Docker Compose, nginx, TLS, networking, VPN, SSH/SFTP
• Experience with REST and SOAP/XML integrations and authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0)
• Fluent Russian
• Willingness to travel for business Nice to have:
• 2+ years of commercial development experience
