About the Opportunity A leading international company in the professional equipment and solutions sector is looking to appoint a Sales Managers in France, covering Toulouse. These are newly focused commercial roles with a strong new business development / hunter orientation. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new customers and business opportunities within their respective regions, with the opportunity to progressively develop existing accounts into a broader farming responsibility as the customer base grows.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a direct sales strategy within the assigned territory.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and provide appropriate
• technical solutions.
• Gradually develop and manage existing accounts as the customer portfolio
• grows.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service and
• successful implementation.
• Regularly report commercial activity and pipeline development to the Sales
• Manager. Target Profile: The ideal candidate will have:
• 5-10 years of professional sales experience, ideally with a strong new business
• focus.
• Experience in OPL (On-Premise Laundry) is preferred.
• Candidates from professional kitchens, HVAC, industrial laundry or adjacent
• technical sectors will also be considered.
• A solid technical understanding, particularly of electricity, gas and installations.
• An established professional network within the assigned region is highly
• desirable, particularly for the Toulouse territory.
• Strong commercial drive and a genuine hunter mentality.
• The ability to work independently and develop a territory from the ground up.
• French fluency is essential.
• English is strongly preferred, particularly as training will take place in Spain.
• Willingness to travel extensively and spend approximately 3 nights per week away from home.
