Our goal is to offer you a fast and diversified process that will allow you to have a 360° vision of the Group in order to move forward in an informed way. Our ambition is to offer you a transparent and benevolent process that is constructive, despite the outcome of the exchanges Step 1: Complete our technical assessments to showcase your skills. Step 2: A one-hour HR interview to get to know each other better and discuss your background, motivations, and career aspirations. Step 3: Spend an immersion day with the team, including two 45-minute interviews and the opportunity to discover our environment firsthand. Final step: Receive feedback at the end of the immersion day and, if it's a match, start your onboarding journey with us 🚀 Our benefits Package: €48,000 gross per year, plus an annual variable bonus, profit-sharing and participation schemes.
