Superviseur Mécanique et piping

Job Description
The Mechanical & Piping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all mechanical and piping activities on industrial, energy, and oil & gas construction sites across Europe. This role requires a hands‑on field profile, strong technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate contractors and multi‑discipline teams under demanding site conditions.
• Mechanical supervision — oversight of installation, alignment, assembly, and inspection of static and rotating equipment.
• Piping supervision — monitoring fabrication, welding, erection, testing, and compliance of piping systems.
• Site coordination — daily coordination with contractors, multi‑discipline teams, and client representatives.
• Quality control — review of drawings, isometrics, MTOs, WPS/PQR, and conformity documentation.
• HSE compliance — enforcing safety standards, participating in toolbox talks, and ensuring safe execution of works.
• Reporting — progress updates, punch lists, deviations, and technical documentation. Requirements
• Industrial mechanics — rotating equipment, static equipment, alignment, mechanical packages.
• Piping & welding — ASME/EN standards, welding procedures, hydro/pneumatic testing.
• Technical drawings — P&IDs, isometrics, MTOs, technical procedures.
• Contractor supervision — leadership on site, coordination of multi‑discipline teams.
• Quality & compliance — documentation control, punch list management, final dossiers.
• HSE awareness — safety culture, risk identification, corrective actions.
• European mobility — availability for multi‑country assignments and varied site conditions.
• strong hands‑on field experience, supervision of contractors, technical autonomy, and full European mobility.
