- Permanent Position An established European asset management firm, backed by a leading international financial group, is seeking a Portfolio Manager – High Yield / Leveraged Loans to strengthen its investment team in Paris. With approximately several billion in assets under management across its European Leveraged Loans strategies, the firm is entering a new phase of development, including the expansion of its activities into Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs). This opportunity combines hands-on portfolio management responsibilities, direct involvement in investment decisions and attractive long-term career development prospects.

Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to portfolio construction, investment selection and risk management across European Leveraged Loans.
• Identify and execute investment opportunities in primary and secondary credit markets.
• Develop and implement investment convictions based on credit fundamentals, market dynamics and relative-value analysis.
• Actively participate in investment decisions, trading and portfolio positioning.
• Collaborate closely with experienced Portfolio Managers and Credit Research teams.
• Contribute to the development of the CLO platform, with the potential to assume increasing responsibilities over time. Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in High Yield Portfolio Managers looking to expand their expertise into Leveraged Loans and Structured Credit, as well as professionals with direct Leveraged Loans investment experience. Two levels of experience will be considered:
• 5–7 years of

experience:
Established credit investment professionals with proven portfolio management capabilities, sound investment judgement and the ability to contribute rapidly.
• Approximately 3 years of

experience:
High-potential investment professionals with initial portfolio management exposure, strong market awareness and the ambition to develop their investment responsibilities. More experienced candidates may also be considered. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Strong understanding of credit markets and risk assessment.
• Genuine investment judgement and the ability to take positions.
• Solid market awareness and relative-value expertise.
• Confidence and resilience in volatile market environments.
• Intellectual curiosity, analytical rigour and learning agility.
• A collaborative mindset, transparency and strong interpersonal skills. Previous CLO experience is an advantage but is not required. Fluent English is essential. French is not mandatory. The Opportunity
