Key responsibilities
• Project coordination: support the Functional Domain Project Manager in coordinating activities, meetings and workshops with business, IT and integrator. Act as the communication hub between business and IT, take initiatives and escalate when needed.
• Process design: demonstrate the Oracle Cloud Blueprint to business, lead workshops to collect local OTL and Absence requirements (including integrations with external systems), document them, and review the integrator's solution design.
• Integrator supervision: oversee deliverables during build, configuration, reporting, SIT/UAT, defect management, production setup, cutover and documentation.
• Testing: contribute to test scenarios and scripts, guide business through UAT preparation, drive UAT execution and defect analysis.
• Data migration: contribute to the migration strategy, perform data reconciliation during SIT/UAT/Prod, support transcodification, mapping validation and issue resolution.
• Change management and training: support Business Champions and the integrator in end-user training, and deliver training as needed.
• Cutover and hypercare: support business through cutover, go-live and hypercare, and monitor issues and incidents. Must have
• 7+ years of ERP implementation on Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle ERP Cloud
• Good functional skills in Oracle Human Resources, Payroll Absence Management and OTL
• Business expertise in Human Resources and Payroll
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong teaching skills
• Ability to document, present and summarize
• Ability to drive people to decisions without a managerial position
• Rigorous, pragmatic, organized
• Able to travel Nice to have
• Oracle ERP Cloud experience
• Oil & Gas industry experience
