mRNA technology can deliver vaccines and therapies faster, at lower cost, and in places poorly served today — but it needs manufacturing that can scale just as fast. Dillico has built continuous, scale-up-free GMP mRNA equipment with high-level automation and digitization, backed by an experienced founding team, strong R&D expertise, and solid IP.
We're looking for a Business Development Director to lead the go-to-market for our All-ScaleFlow™ equipment and related services: mapping the market, prioritizing the highest-impact targets, and converting an existing network into qualified opportunities and equipment sales.
Your mission
As one of our first commercial hires, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Dillico's growth strategy and establishing our presence in the global biomanufacturing ecosystem. You will identify the most promising market opportunities, develop strategic relationships with industry leaders, and convert demand into commercial success. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who combines strategic thinking, market insight, and a strong industry network.

• Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing market insights with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams. Drive commercial growth
• Generate opportunities through your network, industry events, conferences, campaigns, and targeted outreach.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from first contact to contract signature.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations, and customer evaluations.
• Build a strong pipeline and contribute directly to revenue generation.
• Foster long-term client relationships and strengthen Dillico's industry reputation. Shape the future of our offering
