Job brief
We are looking for a skilled, results-driven Business Development Partner for France and Nearby Regions to create and implement business strategies. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in driving awareness, sales, and expansion of our products and services. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with the board on scaling, identifying pain points and bottlenecks, and finding opportunities. You will devise and execute initiatives to achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You should be skilled at optimising business processes and tailoring solutions to different markets, products, and goals, with strong networking and relationship-building skills and a record of turning contacts into results in a short time span.
Responsibilities
• Act as a SPOC and introduce businesses as well as direct consumers to 'Sustainable Living' project and its products & services.
• Close sales to meet targeted cash flow.
• Identify growth opportunities and prepare sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
• Elevate the positioning and brand awareness of the organisation in various markets.
• Convert traffic into buyers.
• Take ownership of sourcing and fulfilling bulk orders of products and services.
• Develop business relationships with retailers and distributors in the allocated region, as a proactive partner.
• Close bulk sales and handle the end-to-end conversion process.
• Build relationships with media houses, influencers, and journalists to drive relevant traffic.
• Help automate sales and marketing processes for large impact.
• Document your journey for knowledge bases and maintain reports and updates. Qualifications
• A registered business in France or another European country, with the permits required to operate in France. Operating in additional countries is a plus.
• Professional or native-level proficiency in French. Candidates without French who can show sales results in the market are also welcome.
• A flexible, creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
• Adaptability, initiative, and a habit of continuous learning.
• Strong listening, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience delivering sustainable products and services in bulk with full ownership.
• Ability to work independently, without supervision.
• Sound judgment, ethics, and professional values.
• Respect for, and ease working with, people of all backgrounds.
• Dedication to sustainability and the UN Global Goals (Sustainable Development Goals).
• Business development, analytical, and web and sales metrics experience (a plus). What we expect from partners

- €36,400 to €63,600 / INR 40 Lakhs to 70 Lakhs per Annum. First six months fixed contract will have the payout of €18200 to €31800 / INR 20 Lakhs to 35 Lakhs, as per measurable results. 'Sustainable Living
