• An international team. 🟣 The role 💰 45k-60k€ + Equity You'll run every client implementation from kickoff to go-live, and own support once they're live. You'll join the Go-To-Market team (6 senior people, with up to 25 years of experience), reporting to Arnaud (CEO).
• Run implementation projects end to end: kickoff, timeline, data integration with the client's tech team, configuration and go-live.
• Own support: be the first point of contact for client questions and issues, solve what you can, and escalate the rest to Engineering with clear context.
• Build the playbooks: implementation process, support workflows and documentation, so every new client goes live faster.
• Bring what you see on the ground to Product and Engineering to help us improve Marble. 🟣 You
• Fluent in English, non-negotiable.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, non-negotiable.
• 3-5 years in implementation, onboarding, technical support or professional services.
• You've run several client implementations from start to finish, juggling timelines and stakeholders on both sides.
• Structured: you like turning a messy process into a repeatable one.
• Experience in fintech, regtech or with a product sold to banks (KYC, transaction monitoring) is a big plus. 🟣 Perks & Benefits

• Deep-dive interview with Arnaud, CEO (up to 60'), remote.
• Culture fit with Pascal, CTO (30'), remote.
• Technical interview with Arnaud, CEO, and Alexandre, Customer Engineer (3h), onsite, followed by a discussion with the team.
• Reference check (at least two former managers).
