We are expanding our talent pool for future Spare Parts and Services Director positions. We are looking for seasoned professionals who are ready to take on exciting challenges and shape the future of our operations across the African continent. The Spare Parts and Services Director will: Define and deploy the spare parts and services strategy for your entity, aligned with Group objectives. Optimise operational performance, from stock management and logistics to workshop efficiency. Build strong relationships with our OEM/manufacturer partners and clients. Lead and empower multicultural teams, fostering excellence and innovation. Anticipate market trends and propose innovative solutions to maintain our leadership position. We are seeking candidates with: Significant executive leadership experience in the spare parts and services sector, ideally acquired in Africa or within a complex international context. In-depth knowledge of the logistics and commercial challenges related to spare parts distribution. Proven managerial skills, with a strong ability to inspire, unite, and develop teams. An entrepreneurial, proactive, and strongly results-oriented mindset. Fluency in French and English is essential. Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage. Why Join our Talent Pool?
