Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers across different countries, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement practices and support CEVA's global performance.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead sourcing activities from market analysis and tender preparation to supplier selection, commercial negotiations and contract implementation.
• Supplier Management: Develop supplier relationships, monitor performance and identify opportunities to optimize the supplier panel and contractual conditions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, challenge requirements when relevant and support business decisions with procurement expertise.
• Strategy & Continuous Improvement: Propose category strategies and improvement initiatives, contribute to their implementation and monitor results through savings, KPIs and supplier performance indicators.
• International Coordination: Work with stakeholders and suppliers across countries, ensuring alignment with Group Procurement policies and objectives. Your portfolio may include categories such as Professional Services & Consulting, HR, Marketing & Communications, Travel, Car Fleet, Energy & Utilities, HSE, CSR, Business Tools and Training. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
•
Experience:
Around 5 to 8 years of experience in indirect procurement, with demonstrated experience in category management, sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Category Expertise: Experience in one or more indirect procurement categories, ideally within an international or multi-country environment.
• Procurement
Skills:
Proven ability to analyze spend, manage tenders, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, identify savings opportunities and monitor supplier performance.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to develop recommendations, identify improvement opportunities and translate them into practical actions.
