Description About Alvarez & Marsal Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm with entrepreneurial, action and results-oriented professionals. We take a hands-on approach to solving our clients' problems and assisting them in reaching their potential. Our culture celebrates independent thinkers and doers who positively impact our clients and shape our industry. The collaborative environment and engaging work—guided by A&M's core values of Integrity, Quality, Objectivity, Fun, Personal Reward, and Inclusive Diversity—are why our people love working at A&M. The Team The EMEA Talent Acquisition team partners with business leaders across the region to attract and hire exceptional talent across a diverse range of service lines and functions. Operating in a responsive, international environment, where accuracy, collaboration and candidate experience are central to how we work. The Early Careers Talent Acquisition team is dynamic, innovative and delivery focused. We are guided by three principles: high standards, speed and candidate experience. These shape how we work with our stakeholders, with universities and with candidates, and they support our aim of being an employer of choice for early careers talent. Our team continues to expand, and our work is essential to A&M’s continuous growth. How You Will Contribute Based in Paris, you will work alongside the existing Early Careers Talent Acquisition team to deliver graduate and internship recruitment across France and the wider European region. This is a collaborative role, with a good degree of autonomy in managing your own workload and relationships, with the support of the Head of Early Careers throughout. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders, build strong relationships across the business and with universities, and represent A&M at campus events and careers fairs. In a fast-growing, international business, you will have the opportunity to make yourself visible and to broaden your experience across several markets. You will also help us improve how we hire, identifying practical ways to make our processes simpler, faster and fairer. Your Day-to-day Activities Will Include
• Delivering recruitment for internship and graduate programmes, from role briefing through to onboarding.
• Planning recruitment activities, and attending university events, campus visits and careers fairs to represent A&M and engage prospective candidates.
• Sourcing and engaging a diverse pool of students and recent graduates through universities, career services, job boards, social media and referrals.
• Screening and assessing candidates against agreed competencies and programme requirements, keeping candidates and hiring managers well informed throughout.
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, making sure every candidate has a positive and well-organised experience.
• Supporting hiring managers with candidate selection, and managing offers and onboarding so that new joiners are well prepared for their start.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipeline updates in Jobvite and other internal systems, while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
• Reviewing current recruitment processes, identifying where they can be improved, and putting changes in place in partnership with the wider team. Qualifications
