Help shape the next chapter of growth for some of our biggest global clients. This is not a back-office support role. You'll work as the right hand of our Group Chief Growth Officer, partnering directly on the growth of some of Dragon Rouge's largest global clients. You'll own real accounts, real opportunities and real relationships, and you'll see how a leading independent agency grows its most important partnerships across markets. About Dragon Rouge Dragon Rouge is an independent, international design agency founded in 1984. We help brands inspire, transform and grow, combining creativity, strategic vision and consumer insight. With studios in Paris, London, New York, Warsaw, Hamburg, São Paulo, Shanghai and Singapore, we work with some of the world's most ambitious brands, across every category. The Role You'll work hand in hand with our Group Chief Growth Officer, supporting the initiatives they lead and taking real ownership of growth on a small number of key global accounts. • Strong analytical and writing skills in both French and English
• Genuine curiosity for brands, business and how large international companies work
