Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in managing complex programs and delivering strategic initiatives within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, oversee program timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives. The candidate should have experience working with healthcare organizations, healthcare technology solutions, or healthcare transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end healthcare programs, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards. Develop program plans, roadmaps, milestones, governance frameworks, and delivery strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, vendors, architects, and delivery teams. Manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide regular program status reports. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor budgets, resources, timelines, KPIs, and overall program performance. Drive healthcare IT transformation, digital health initiatives, or healthcare system implementation projects. Ensure alignment with healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, and organizational policies. Facilitate steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive presentations. Support change management, continuous improvement, and business transformation initiatives. Mandatory Skills Strong experience in Program Management and end-to-end program delivery. Proven stakeholder management and communication skills. Program governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and dependency management. Experience coordinating multiple projects and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of project/program delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Excellent reporting, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage senior stakeholders and third-party vendors. Healthcare Domain Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas would be beneficial: Healthcare IT and digital health transformation. Hospital or clinical systems. Electronic Health Records (EHR) / Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Healthcare information systems and patient management solutions. Health insurance or healthcare operations. Healthcare data management, interoperability, or system integration.
