• Support the Regulatory Digital Platform ecosystem by delivering reporting, data visualization, automation and digital solutions that improve regulatory operations, compliance monitoring and business decision-making
• Partner with Regulatory, IT, Digital and Data teams to enhance digital capabilities, support technical initiatives and ensure users have access to reliable data, insights and performance reporting YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Reporting & Data Visualization
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, reports and performance metrics supporting Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship and Regulatory Operations
• Build scalable data models (relationships, DAX measures, star schemas) to ensure accurate reporting
• Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs and translate compliance questions into meaningful visualizations and insights Regulatory Data Analysis & Quality
• Analyze regulatory and stewardship datasets to identify trends, risks, gaps and improvement opportunities
• Use SQL to query, extract and analyze data from existing sources for reporting and ad hoc analysis (not for building or maintaining pipelines/architecture)
• Act as business-side data steward: define data requirements, definitions and business rules, perform quality checks on datasets delivered by Data Engineering, and escalate inconsistencies Process Intelligence & Business Automation
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities for manual reporting and operational processes using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Design and maintain workflow automations and reporting tools that improve productivity and data accessibility
• Drive adoption of digital solutions through user training and feedback-led continuous improvement Business Partnership on Digital Platforms
• Represent Regulatory Operations business needs to the Digital Product Owner and Data Engineering team during platform enhancements and data initiatives
• Translate regulatory business requirements into clear data and reporting specifications for technical teams
• Support user acceptance testing, troubleshooting and end-user support for reporting and analytics tools Continuous Improvement & Regulatory Intelligence
• Monitor emerging reporting, analytics and automation technologies to identify opportunities for the business
• Promote a data-driven, insight-led performance management culture within Regulatory Operations
• Support strategic prioritization and resource planning through regulatory performance analytics ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main
requirements:
• Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Digital Technologies or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualization solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights
• Experience with reporting, business intelligence, data modelling and performance measurement
• Knowledge of digital tools, workflow automation and process improvement methodologies
• Understanding of data governance, data quality and information management principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Regulatory, Product Stewardship, IT, Digital and Data functions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for digital innovation, user experience and data-driven decision-making
