About the Role
Reporting to the VP of Market Access, you will be responsible for enabling market access, pricing, and reimbursement of Pharmanovia's speciality portfolio in secondary care to meet business expectations in France. You are passionate about shaping and delivering payor partnerships and delivering innovative market access solutions in healthcare in France. Responsible for government-level stakeholder and national & local market access & pricing and reimbursement work that is required The Pricing Strategy Lead & French Market Access will ensure adherence to Pharmanovia values and policies, as well as to business conduct requirements and legislation. S/he will work to ensure a strong, collaborative team culture and strategic alignment with Company strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities
• Execute on the Market Access Strategy for Company products in France and specific global projects.
• Support pricing & reimbursement for all key Pharmanovia products. Ensuring timely price and reimbursement submissions.
• Maintain Company Governmental, Local & Insurance Fund relationships
• Contracting with hospitals, buying groups, SIC funds, and government bodies
• Work cross-functionally with global medical and commercial functions to support the development of value propositions and messages tailored to multiple stakeholders, including payers, clinicians, pharmacists, and policymakers.
• Project support (including day-to-day management) for national HTA submissions and pricing strategies, working closely with local & regional stakeholders to ensure optimal patient access to new and existing Pharmanovia products.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Development.
• Maintain strict compliance with all relevant internal policies, compliance requirements, and legal requirements. Preferred Skills
• Solid pharmaceutical commercial background with at least 5-10 years of experience in country-level market access within a Pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organisation.
• Deep Knowledge of French health systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the pricing and reimbursement environment in France, with horizontal and vertical implementation.
• Experience in reimbursement dossier submission and stakeholder management is an advantage.
• Be commercially astute, with a track record of securing pricing and reimbursement in a relevant pharmaceutical environment in France.
• Successful new launch experience and success within Oncology/ Rare Diseases desirable
• In-depth understanding of payers and their value drivers at country level as well as trends in Pricing & Reimbursement. Understanding of healthcare and pharma environments.
• Experience with clinical data gap analysis, development of GVD, and Health Economic insight.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proactive and result-oriented.
• Persuasive communication, interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Can persuade, influence, negotiate effectively, and quickly secure the confidence of others.
• Experience in the secondary care / office-based purchasing processes
• Be a pragmatic individual who enjoys contributing to the business's growth and working in a matrix organisation.
• Be able to demonstrate professional gravitas and strong influence skills and display personal and professional maturity.
• Be business-driven, fully accustomed to managing the Company’s business area through financial analysis and reporting.
• Be a results-driven individual with experience and/or relevant skills in working with and partnering with external client stakeholders as well as internal teams. Pay range and compensation package
