• Client-facing: understand customer technical needs and translate them into concrete deployment plans
• Demo & integration: build demos based on customer data and run our full product suite in their environment
• Technical restitution: lead deep dives, present results, and run training sessions during free trial periods
• Customer success: manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to account management Conditions
