Our mission Physical AI is booming. Robots are making their way into warehouses, ports, and construction sites, and until now, every manufacturer has had to develop its own perception stack from scratch. This is no longer sustainable. We're seeing the robotics market take shape exactly as the automotive industry did in the 1930s: centered on the complementary relationship between OEMs (manufacturers) and Tier 1s (specialized suppliers). Robotics engineers now have both the opportunity and the need to make software infrastructure choices for the next 5 to 10 years. This market is currently taking shape. It will consolidate rapidly and decisively. That's where we come in. At Exwayz, we build the perception software stack for autonomous vehicles and robots, starting with hyper-precise real-time localization even under complex conditions. In practical terms, we enable our clients to deliver faster, reach further, and focus on what truly sets their robots apart. We're a team of 8, currently in production with clients in Europe and the US, and we're accelerating our growth. Your role As Head of Integration you are the senior authority building and leading Exwayz's software deployment across our customers. You'll lead the integration team, prioritize deployments, and stand as the primary interface between field deployment teams and our customers. This role combines deep technical ownership with field leadership and direct responsibility for building a function from the ground up, in a demanding, high-stakes environment. Responsibilities
• Team management: manage and coordinate integration teams, ensuring hiring, training, and execution quality as the function grows
• Technical expertise and production: coordinate and take part in end-to-end integration on customer hardware, and serve as the senior escalation point for technical issues. Oversee system configuration, testing, and validation across sites
• Documentation: produce rigorous deployment strategy, process, and training documentation
• C++ and ROS development: write performant, safe, and maintainable code Candidate requirements
• 5 to 7 years of experience in field deployment or systems integration in robotics. Software development skills are required
• Demonstrated experience leading, hiring, or building a team in field or operational environments
• Hands-on experience with hardware / software integration in operational environments; experience with complex integrated sensing or control systems is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Comfortable with a dynamic schedule requiring frequent international travel
• Fluency in both French and English is required Process
