About Chain of Events
Chain of Events brings together the people shaping the future of technology, business and innovation through three leading summits in Paris.
Chain of Events runs three summits, all in Paris, all within the same week:
• Signal Week is where traditional finance and digital assets stop being two industries and become one financial system. Born as Paris Blockchain Week in 2019, it has become the meeting point for the institutions rebuilding finance on new rails, from BlackRock to Deutsche Bank to the London Stock Exchange, with policymakers and regulators in the same room.
• RAISE Summit is where visionaries and AI converge. No single company owns the AI value chain: energy, chips, models, applications, every layer depends on people who rarely meet. RAISE is that meeting. In just three editions it has become one of the most talked-about AI gatherings in the world, with Yann LeCun and Mark Cuban on stage, a gala at the Château de Versailles, a global hackathon and one of the largest startup competitions in AI.
• MACHINA Summit is where AI meets the physical world. Not a robotics expo, but the place where humanoids, industrial robots and autonomous systems move from prototype to production. Launched in 2026 with Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics and NVIDIA on stage, it is our youngest brand and the one with the most ground still to conquer. Three brands at the frontier of their field. Fast growth, global ambition, and a team small enough that what you build actually shows. Come help us write what comes next. The role and its stakes As Ecosystem Project Manager, you lead the programmes that connect founders, investors and technical talent across Signal Week, RAISE Summit and MACHINA Summit. Your scope runs from developer hackathons to closed-door gatherings for institutional investors. This is not an event support role. You are accountable for who takes part in these programmes, for the quality of the connections they create, and for whether startups, investors and sponsors want to come back. The 2027 challenge is clear: three summits, three ecosystems (AI, robotics, digital assets), one week, and programmes that must stay relevant to each audience. Concretely, you will:
• Run the hackathons. As part of the ecosystem team, you plan, execute and scale hackathon programming across the three summits, from participant recruitment to sponsor integration. RAISE already runs its own hackathon: your job is to extend the model.
• Design the startup activations. You build the startup programmes, exhibition spaces and matchmaking sessions that connect founders with investors, corporates and partners. RAISE the STAKES alone drew 1,100+ applications in 2026.
• Build the allocator experience. You manage relationships with top-tier investors (LPs, GPs, family offices, hedge funds, institutional allocators) and curate tailored experiences for them at each of the three summits.
• Own the ecosystem relationships. You are the primary point of contact for VC firms, private equity funds, accelerators and startup ecosystem leaders. Growth and development
• Real ownership of several programmes across three summits, not support tasks.
• A network you build in the room: the founders, investors and ecosystem leaders you convene become your contacts.
• Exposure to three ecosystems at once: AI, Physical AI and digital assets.
• Through Hyve, access to an international events platform.
• Full access to a premium AI toolset, with the budget to keep adding to it. Your future team You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, and with the Ecosystem Intern who joins in early 2027 About you
• 2 to 3 years of experience, including internships, in venture capital, private equity, accelerator programmes or the startup ecosystem.
• A Master’s degree from a business or engineering school.
• A solid understanding of startup dynamics, VC fund mechanics and investor deal flow, and enough technical knowledge of AI, robotics and digital assets to hold a credible conversation with founders.
• Rigorous project management: you can run several programmes in parallel on fixed, non-negotiable dates.
• Comfortable moving from a conversation with a fund partner to hands-on operational delivery in the same day.
• A first experience organising a hackathon, a demo day or a startup programme is appreciated.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage. Contract and compensation Contract type: fixed-term contract (CDD) or freelance. If CDD: 100% Navigo
· meal vouchers (€12.79/day, €8 employer-covered)
· mutuelle 65% Offices: Paris (17th)
· Remote: 1d/week.
