Europe (Remote, Open to All European Countries) Job Summary The Business Development role will be responsible for driving business growth among industrial clients, with a focus on RNA (siRNA and ASO) and protein/antibody CRO services. This role is highly customer-facing and growth-oriented, targeting biotech, pharmaceutical, and industrial R&D customers. The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build long-term strategic partnerships, and work closely with technical, project, and operations teams to translate customer needs into successful commercial engagements. Responsibilities:
1. Lead business development activities for RNA
- and antibody-related services. 2. Identify and build a robust pipeline of target clients, develop a prioritized customer visit plan, and actively pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing clients. 3. Understand customer R&D pipelines and outsourcing needs, and translate them into actionable BD opportunities and deal strategies. 4. Provide market and competitive intelligence, including customer feedback, pricing trends, and emerging industry needs. 5. Support company branding and market presence through industry conferences, trade shows, and targeted BD events. 6. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to management. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction, and assist with other tasks as assigned by the company or department. Job
Requirements:
• Master's degree or above in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related life science fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical BD, Scientific Sales, Field Applications, or Key Account Management within CRO/CDMO or life science industries.
• Proven track record in business development or key account management with industrial biotech or pharmaceutical clients.
• Prior background experience in RNA therapeutics (siRNA, ASO) and/or antibody & protein-related services is preferred.
