Then this position is perfect for you: Surveying Engineer (m/f/d) in our Department of Geoinformation, Land Registry, and Surveying. This permanent position is classified under pay grade A 12 of the Landesbesoldungsgesetz NRW (State Salary Act of North Rhine-Westphalia). Tasks Your responsibilities are diverse and challenging: Conduct extensive cadastral surveys, particularly boundary and partition surveys, as well as engineering surveys. Prepare official survey documentation and associated calculations. Contribute to the further development and optimization of the Surveying and Land Registry Renewal units. Independently carry out tasks from both office and field operations within a dedicated team. Profile Growing together – at Kreis Gütersloh, continuous development wins. To be the ideal candidate for this role, you should: Hold a university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor’s level) in Surveying/Geodesy; Possess eligibility for the civil service pathway (Laufbahnbefähigung) for Group 2, Entry-Level Position in the Surveying Service, and have several years of professional experience in conducting official (urkundsvermessung) surveys; Demonstrate teamwork skills, reliability, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and in a structured manner; Have solid IT skills in Microsoft Office and specialized surveying software (e.g., GEOgraf, Kafka); Hold a valid Class B driver’s license.
