- Industrial Project Manager – CAPEX & Engineering Blois, France (Onsite) Role Summary: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial CAPEX projects across Packing and Making operations. The role involves managing the complete project lifecycle from feasibility studies and business case development through design, procurement, installation, commissioning, start-up, and project closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage CAPEX projects from concept to start-up.
• Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Lead URD preparation and project documentation.
• Coordinate engineering contractors, OEMs, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, bid evaluations, and supplier performance.
• Oversee FAT, SAT, commissioning, installation, and site activities.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, risks, and reporting.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder communication, and project closure.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure execution excellence.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent).
• 8+ years of industrial project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering CAPEX projects in FMCG, Food, Cosmetics, Pharma, or other manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contractor management, and industrial installations.
• Experience with FAT/SAT, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English. Preferred Skills
• Cost Engineering experience.
