Define and implement the global Quality vision, strategy, and objectives in alignment with business goals
Act as the voice of Quality at the executive level, representing the function internally and externally
Guarantee robust in-process and final product quality control systems across all plants
Drive statistical process control, problem solving (8D, QRQC), and corrective/preventive action systems
Ensure suppliers deliver materials and components that meet company standards
Drive a 'zero-defect' supplier strategy and foster long-term partnerships with key suppliers
Ensure a 'One Company' interface for global key accounts, audits, and continuous improvement programs
Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and trust
Embed Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Quality by Design into all new product development.
Oversee validation, risk management (FMEA, DRBFM), and safe launch processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and certifications (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.)
Promote a Total Quality Management (TQM) culture across sites.
Supervise audits and ensure timely closure of findings.

15 years of experience in Quality, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, automotive industry.
Proven experience in Global Quality leadership across multiple manufacturing sites.
Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, combining a global overview with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to coach, challenge, and develop site quality managers, establish clear accountability, and driving performance.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with executive management while collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, and Operations.
