Job Description
The Global Business Development Director is responsible for revenue growth and development ofcontract logistics activities. You will play a key role in defining and implementing thecommercial strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and managing customerrelationships.
Main
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve contract logistics growthobjectives in relation with Region and countries within the FMCG & Healthcare vertical.
* Identify and prospect new clients and potential markets.
* Analyse market and competition trends to adjust commercial strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with other departments (solution design, marketing, operations, finance) toensure an integrated and coherent approach to business development.
The Successful Applicant
* Degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
* Significant experience in a similar position within the contract logisticssector in a multicultural environment
* Mastery of sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management techniques.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions based on factual information.
* Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to achieve set objectives.
