Au sein du département Brand Partnerships & Business Development, vous accompagnerez l’équipe Marketing en charge de soutenir les différents activités business du département (Licensing-out, Transmedia, Brand partnerships, Sponsoring, New business (Blockchain/NFT) et partenariats Technologiques), sur l’ensemble du portefeuille de marques d’Ubisoft (Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Rainbow Six Siege, Just Dance, Rabbids (Les Lapins Crétins), The Division, Watch Dogs…) au niveau global (Monde)

Vous serez amené.e à travailler sur des activations Marketing visant à maximiser la visibilité des produits dérivés en interne et en externe. Vos interlocuteurs seront nombreux et variés (Equipes Business, Marketing et communication, Studios de développement, Agences externes…) et seront basés sur tous les continents, vous communiquerez en Anglais quotidiennement, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Vos principales missions seront de :

Participer au développement de la stratégie Marketing des activités Business du département :

Soutien à l’élaboration de la stratégie marketing des activités Transmedia (Mangas/BD/Audio book/Webtoon/podcasts…), Consumer products et partenariats, sur les différentes phases de lancement de nos produits. Aide à la mise en place de plan de soutien marketing aux partenaires clés Participation à l’élaboration de styleguides à destination des licenciés d’Ubisoft en soutien de l’activité consumer products, et en lien avec nos studios de productions et agences de création S’assurer de la coordination et de l’amplification des projets auprès des équipes Marketing Global (Brand managers, CRM/PR…) et filiales  Mise en place et pilotage des campagnes média en collaboration avec les équipes Médias global selon les budgets et cibles définies (principalement sur l’activité transmedia)

Mettre en place des outils de communication :

Aide à la création de pitch marques (Prez et vidéo) pour l’ensemble de nos équipes business Création d’assets de communication : Trailers, mockups, photos, bannières… Déclinaison et localisation des « static assets » sur Photoshop  Aide à la création de support de communication pour nos événements B2B (Salon ou Webinar)

Analyse chiffrée des actions Marketing:

Suivi et analyse de l’amplification des deals sur l’ensemble des réseaux sociaux d’ubisoft  Aide à la création des Post mortems à destination des partenaires et des équipes Business  Systématisation et analyse de nos rapports de campagne (paid et Owned)  Partage de l’information et proposition d’amélioration de nos actions au sein de nos équipes internes

Qualifications

Etudiant.e, vous faites preuve de réactivité, de rigueur, d’autonomie et êtes force de proposition. Vous avez un sens aigu du relationnel et de la communication. Vous faites preuve d’une bonne capacité d’adaptation et d’une forte créativité. Excellent niveau d’anglais écrit et parlé. Excel et Power Point n’ont plus de secrets pour vous. La maitrise de Photoshop et du montage vidéo est un plus. Une bonne connaissance du marché des jeux vidéo et de l’Entertainment est un atout
