Product Manager Search & Performance

Summary of the Role:

Within the Hotel Distribution Platform Product Management team, the Search & Performance Product Manager will define the vision and related Hotel Search Strategy to address business needs of all our customers, both on Corporate Business travel and Leisure segments, and on the various distribution channels (SECO, Cytric, Web Services).

In a context where IA is booming and more & more data are collected across the platform, multiple opportunities are on the table and you will help us qualify the most promising ones and then drive the full lifecycle of the associated product using the best Product Management practices with a data-driven and user-centric approach.

The role requires a true customer centricity and a constant agility to balance efforts between long-term initiatives and immediate problem solving for our customers. In particular, the Search & Performance Product Manager will closely interact with the Web Services Product Manager and the Travel Distribution Operations group to recommend the best implementation workflows for our new customers, monitor the effectiveness of our Shopping products, and find optimization.

The Search & Performance Product Manager will work closely with R&D Shopping experts, Product Owners, Sales teams, Customer Success Teams, Portfolio Product Managers and BI experts to bring innovative ideas to life and drive the growth of our business.

About Ideal candidate

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in designing and developing applications

Very familiar with SAFeProduct Management methodology

Passion for Travel IT Business

Passion for complex problem solving

Very rigorous mindset, capacity to manipulate abstract concepts, establish solid problem statements and take data driven approach

Capacity to always balance between long term vision and pragmatism to favour current customers’ needs

Excellent oral and written communication, capacity to perform synthetic summary on a complex problem

Humility and willingness to always learn
