Travel Distribution’s ambition is to grow beyond what the traditional GDS model can enable, by becoming the Amazon of travel: the B2B travel one-stop-shop.

As Platform Product Manager, you will drive the transformation of the traditional GDS towards the Universal Distribution Industry Play (UDIP) long-term vision. You’ll be at the start of a fascinating, large and transversal journey, which will define the future of the GDS.

We’re looking for talents that are motivated by driving changes, with a strong collaboration and innovation mindset. You will work closely with Travel distribution customers, TRD strategy, the entire community of Product Managers (Air Distribution, Hotel, Rail, Mobility & Transfer, Nevio, Nexwave, ...), the Creation Platform, R&D architects and R&D teams.

What’s the role?

Within this business landscape, you will be a key leader to bring to life the various initiatives enabling the platform transformation:

Contribute to the Universal Distribution Industry Play strategy

Define the Universal Distribution Platform vision and business value

Design and launch travel platform capabilities

Act as Platform Epic owner

Guide, embark and support all TRD product managers in the platform transformation

You will apply the Product Life Cycle Methodology to elaborate the platform vision, managing notably multiple customers discovery phases and incubating new ideas through validation/test projects with content partners.

You will operate in a SAFe environment, responsible to build desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable capabilities that meet customer needs.
