Dans le cadre d’une forte croissance de ses activités, CJ Affiliate recherche un (e ) Account Director/Client Development Director H/F en CDI.
Description du poste
A la fois stratège et opérationnelle, vous maîtrisez les techniques de négociation et les fondamentaux de la gestion de la relation commerciale. L’accompagnement et le développement d’un portefeuille clients n’ont aucun secret pour vous. Votre fibre managériale conjugue bienveillance et performance.
Rattachée(e ) au Country Manager France, vous managez une équipe composée de 5 à 6 personnes de statut junior, expérimenté à senior.
Vos missions au quotidien :
Accompagnement stratégique :o Anticiper et identifier les besoins des clients
o Comprendre les enjeux stratégiques et élaborer des recommandations pertinentes et innovantes
o Porter l'offre globale de l'Agence : maitriser et relayer la stratégie et la vision de CJ
Développement commercial :o Développer le chiffre d'affaires sur les comptes attribués
o Gérer et développer la relation commerciale avec les clients
o Participer à des pitchs/ RFP de nouveaux comptes
Gestion de Projet :o Être garant du suivi des projets dans leur globalité (qualité, rentabilité, respect des délais, suivi négociation contrat, suivi des process internes avec les différents départements)
o Préparation de reportings sur la performance de son portefeuille clients au Country Manager
Management opérationnel d'équipe :o Intégrer, superviser et soutenir les membres de votre équipe
o Les faire progresser et monter en compétences, les amener à plus d'autonomie et de séniorité
o Communiquer les objectifs individuels de chacun de façon claire et ambitieuse
o Participer aux recrutements, aux évaluations annuelles et plans de développement
Qualifications
- 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle réussie au sein du domaine marketing digital, management de la clientèle
- Première expérience en management d’une équipe requise
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience sur la gestion d’enjeux de marketing digital à la performance et de l’affiliation
- Vous êtes force de conviction et de persuasion
- Vous faîtes preuve d’un excellent relationnel et avez des qualités de négociateur
- Vous avez la faculté à établir des relations privilégiées avec les clients et à faire preuve d’écoute et d’empathie
- Aptitude au management
- Vous avez la capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à prioriser vos missions
- Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral et êtes habitué à faire des présentations de qualité et à animer des réunions
- Qualités d'anticipation et de réactivité
- Avoir le sens du service client
- Anglais et fançais courant obligatoire
