Enterprise Account Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Director to join our team at LinkedIn. As a trusted adviser, you will be responsible for bringing value to our customers within the Enterprise sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize accounts to identify revenue paths and map stakeholders.
- Apply solution expertise across the LinkedIn Talent Suite, including product knowledge and competitive analysis.
- Multithread accounts to build meaningful relationships with multiple stakeholders and establish executive-level relationships in CAC40 accounts.
- Secure renewals by mitigating churn and grow current customer product baselines.
- Drive net new revenue streams by selling cross-selling products available within your portfolio.
- Use data and insights to support investment recommendations and overcome customer objections.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of applicable sales experience.
- Ability to establish executive-level relationships in CAC40 accounts.
- Experience in HR consulting or HR strategy.
