The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing calls, delivering comprehensive information about our wellness services to potential clients.
  • Payment Processing: Accurately handle client payments, ensuring the secure processing and authorization of credit card transactions.
  • Scheduling Expertise: Master our booking systems to adeptly schedule clients across various locations, meticulously avoiding overbookings and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Consultation Coordination: Arrange consultations for specialized services, such as weight loss programs, and facilitate smooth connections with our nurse practitioners.
  • CRM Management: Maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-ups, leveraging CRM tools to track and manage interactions (training provided).
  • Administrative Precision: Execute administrative tasks with high accuracy, maintaining detailed client records while upholding strict confidentiality standards.

The Profile

  • Proven background in sales with a record of high performance, preferably in health services or a related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging clients and confidently closing sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage scheduling across multiple states.
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous, though a willingness to learn new software is necessary.
  • Charismatic and people-oriented, able to quickly build rapport and maintain positive client interactions.
  • Someone with natural sales ability who requires minimal training in sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently from any location.
