Poste et missions
Vous rejoignez l’équipe de Flow Credit Trading en tant que market maker sur les bonds High Yield.
Au quotidien vous avez pour missions de :
Veiller à ce que les besoins et les attentes des clients soient satisfaits de manière cohérente, professionnelle et fiable tout en se conformant au cadre de gestion des risques de Natixis et à la stratégie « Asset light » Origination to Distribution de Natixis ; Faire le market making des obligations High Yield, à savoir des crédits notés BB et B, et gérer le risque résultant de cette activité de négociation sur un book HY dédié ; Soutenir notre activité primaire en fournissant des prix et la couleur du marché et se tenir prêt à traiter avec nos clients sur le marché secondaire ; S’impliquer et interagir avec les clients au quotidien, montrer des axes et des idées de trade et rencontrer les clients régulièrement ; Participer à des réunions internes régulières avec les autres traders, la vente, l’origination et le management.Les perspectives et points forts du poste :
Vous participez à la croissance de l’activité de Flow crédit trading, au sein d’une équipe forte composée d’originateurs, de traders, de vendeurs et d’analystes crédit. Vous rencontrez nos clients, notamment à Paris et à Londres, a travers des meetings et des conférences. Vous travaillez dans un environnement international, au sein d’une communauté d’experts qui place l’excellence, l’impact et l’action collective au cœur de tout ce qu’elle entreprend.
Ce poste est basé à Paris avec la possibilité de télétravailler.

Profil et compétences requises
À propos de vous : si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous
De formation supérieure, vous avez au moins 10 ans d’expérience en tant que trader High Yield (HY).
Vous maîtrisez :
• Les fondamentaux de crédit des corporates HY et la dynamique du marché HY ;
• Les bonds, les CDS, les indices de crédit et la gestion autonome d’un book de trading.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d’écoute, vous êtes :
• Analytique et rigoureux ;
• Capable de gérer le stress dans une salle des marches ;
• Autonome et capable de prendre des décisions rapides.
Vous maitrisez l’anglais avec un niveau C2.
