We are currently looking for our next Project & Corporate Finance Project Analyst (M/F) to join our finance team based in Grenoble.
In this role, you will carry out analytical assignments in support of several of our finance department's strategic priorities.

Main Missions:

1. Corporate finance:

  • Preparing commitment decisions at corporate and board level, with support from operational teams.
  • Cross-functional data-driven analysis
  • Sensitivities
  • Planning management
  • Risk analysis
  • Mitigation plans
  • Legal assessment
  • Establish the governance set up in the CSA
  • Monitor and control the company's financial and non-financial performance and project risks
  • Prepare documents for key governance meetings

2. Project finance:

  • Support the financial close of the debt for our first gigafactory.
  • Lead certain due diligence workstreams (technical, market and procurement, legal, E&S, insurance)
  • Structuring internal information for the benefit of the lenders' advisors
  • Check documents relating to the project
  • Participate in debt structuring, manage creditor data rooms and bank Q&A processes
  • Monitor the reporting of financial documentation to creditors, particularly on technical/E&S issues
  • Liaise with creditors on key governance issues

  • Technical background with finance skills
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable with Pack Office
  • English and French are mandatory
  • Experience in consulting, audit, and transactional services is a major asset.
