Le Département juridique exerce une fonction support et à ce titre assure pour le compte du groupe Euronext des missions de conseils et d’assistance juridiques. Ces missions ont trait à des aspects juridiques et réglementaires. Dans le cadre de ses activités la Direction juridique recherche un stagiaire.

Job- description

Missions Principales

En collaboration directe avec les juristes IT, Corporate/M&A et Droit des affaires général en poste, le stagiaire aura pour mission principale de :

  • Rédiger et commenter des contrats dans des domaines variés
  • Etablir des notes sur des questions ponctuelles dans des domaines variés
  • Apporter le support juridique requis pour les nombreux projets de transformation digitale et de manière générale les projets et services informatiques du groupe.

Job Profil

Etudiant(e) d’une formation Bac en droit des affaires, vous avez une première expérience en cabinet d’avocats et vous avez un goût prononcé pour les marchés financiers.

  • Rigoureux, organisé, doté d'un excellent relationnel et de très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.
  • Bonne connaissance des prestations et services informatiques
  • Bonne Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint..).
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) est indispensable.
