Job Summary:
Responsible for providing sales coverage and developing best possible market penetration for all Fives Grinding products. Expand and maintain existing accounts through management of customers and agents, in accordance with Company's policies and programs. Offer sales and technical knowledge to all customers and agents while ensuring customer satisfaction and orders comply with company guidelines for profitability. Identify, develop and manage a network of qualified Sales agents and representation, as necessary.
Main Tasks / Responsibilities:
Analyze customer needs and formulate solutions to sell value by utilizing all agent and company resources available.
Provide information to customers on new and current products, pricing structure and delivery status.
Seek new uses and applications for company products with existing and prospective customers.
Develop individual sales strategy for each account in the designated territory to optimize bookings.
Recommend and attend Industrial Trade Shows for the purpose of developing new markets.
Oversee direct preparation of proposals, contracts, amendments and supporting promotional activities.
Provide support for projects, after the order, whether it is internal (within Landis), or external (with customer).
Collect business intelligence and submits special reports regarding the operation of the territory, acceptance or rejection of products and competitive conditions beneficial to other salespeople and company operation.
Recommend the addition of new products, services and the modification or deletion of present products to the line as appropriate.
Achieve prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints.
Must travel within designated territory and to Fives locations as necessary.
A minimum of 60% of time will be spent on sales calls.
Entertain customers within Fives guidelines as necessary.
Accurate forecasting is a must and will be an integral part of meeting company sales objectives.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Fives Landis Corp. as an industry leader to customers, suppliers, professional colleagues and employees.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education, Training and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a business or technical discipline.
- A minimum of three (3) years field sales experiences or five (5) years technical/service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and execute technical sales presentations.
- Experience in statistical techniques and SPC.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good time management and organizational skills .
- Ability to work independently and to contribute to a team.
- Ability to observe confidentiality.
