As the Housekeeping Manager of the resort, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the various chalets. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction by ensuring that impeccable service is maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the housekeeping team (scheduling, work organization, service tracking)

  • Ensure the impeccable cleanliness of the chalets and common areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchens, etc.)

  • Inspect the work performed by the cleaning staff and ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards

  • Train and support new team members

  • Manage the inventory of cleaning products and linens

  • Ensure smooth communication with other departments of the resort (reception, maintenance, etc.)

  • Respond to specific client requests regarding cleaning or maintenance



  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Team Supervisor, ideally in a hotel environment or ski resort

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage a team and work under pressure during peak periods

  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service

  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards

  • Valid driver’s license (desired for traveling within the resort)
