EFINOR INGENIERIE& PROCESS, a subsidiary of the EFINOR Group, is a design office specializing in mechanical engineering, general installation and technology integration, offering turnkey solutions. As part of the growth of its activities, EFINOR INGENIERIE& PROCESS is recruiting anexperienced Mechanical Design Draughtsman.
As an experienced Mechanical Design Draughtsman, your main tasks will be towill be as follows:
In the costing phase:
- Research and propose technical solutions according to customer needs,
- Preliminary CAD mock-ups,
- Machine pre-sizing and pre-definition of commercial equipment.
In the business execution phase :
- Carry out surveys on customer sites,
- Complete 3D modeling of production tools, special machines, production lines, handling equipment in their environment
- Integrate technological equipment into designs (pneumatics, sensors, PLCs, vision systems, etc.)
- Produce drawings, bills of materials, detail drawings, bundles and associated notices,
- Take into account the regulatory and normative requirements.
→ A true technician at heart:
- You're at ease and you like technology: with a good experience in the field of special machines and mechanics, you know the standards of the trade.
- You will be responsible for most of the technical aspects of the projects entrusted to you, working under the supervision of the Mechanical Design Manager and in conjunction with the project managers.
- You are familiar with SolidWorks. Skills in other CAD software are appreciated (Inventor, Creo, Catia V5, Autocad2D...).
→ The expected profile is as follows:
- Trained to Bac+2 or Bac+3 in mechanical engineering or equivalent, you have at least 5 years' experience enabling you to successfully carry out the tasks entrusted to you.
- Rigorous, committed and pragmatic with a strong taste for the field, you know how to manage your files with rigor and autonomy.
The position of Experienced Mechanical Draughtsman/Designer is full-time and open-ended, and is located in Toul, near Nancy, in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department (54). You may be required to work in our design office or provide technical assistance to our customers, depending on the project (mainly in the north-east of France, in the following sectors: automotive, energy, steel, Oil&Gas, chemicals, etc.).
