Notre mission est d’inspirer les lecteurs et de faciliter l’accès à la lecture sur l’ensemble des territoires, et en proposant un catalogue étendu de livres, sous tous les formats possibles.
Amazon recherche en France un Responsable de segment marché/relation fournisseurs pour la catégorie Livres (Senior Vendor Manager).
Vos Responsabilités:
- En ligne avec les objectifs globaux de business, proposer des plans sur le portefeuille de produits assignés, suivre l’implémentation de ces plans et la performance réelle, et proposer toutes les actions correctives nécessaires,
- Contribuer à construire structurellement et de façon durable la meilleure sélection de produits possibles pour nos clients à l’aide de développement des relations avec les fournisseurs (référencements, disponibilité des produits, hiérarchisation entre les fournisseurs),
- Superviser le process de référencement des nouveaux produits dans le catalogue et coordonner la bonne utilisation des outils systèmes spécifiques d’Amazon par les fournisseurs,
- En coordination avec les In Stock Managers de l’équipe, participer à la définition des plans d’achats, suivre le développement des volumes d’achats en ligne avec la croissance des ventes, surveiller la bonne gestion et santé des stocks en niveaux d’inventaires et rotations,
- Collaborer de façon cross-fonctionnelle avec toutes les fonctions support nécessaires au développement de l’activité (finance, comptabilité, logistique, juridique, etc…), continuellement aider à optimiser les process pour améliorer structurellement la performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Le profil que nous recherchons:- Etudes supérieures de niveau Master (Bac+ 5)
- Minimum 5ans d'expérience professionnelle en achats, planification, e-commerce, stratégie, consulting ou finance
- Excellente communication à l’oral comme à l’écrit, notamment avec le top management (interne et externe), ainsi qu'aptitude à influencer et à négocier avec différents partenaires (internes et externes)
- Fortes capacités d’analyse de données et de gestion d’un P&L
- Français et anglais courants
