Position Details
We are looking for a dynamic, driven leader to lead and play a critical role in growing Clearwater’s presence in the FraBeLux market. You will lead a team of quota-carrying sales closers and BDRs/SDRs, responsible for the overall quota of the team through the acquisition of new clients. You will leverage domain knowledge of Clearwater and its products, as well as their relevant industry domain expertise, to develop successful sales strategies for the assigned team and market.
The Head of Sales, FraBeLux will actively participate in sales pursuits and work closely with Marketing to drive sales and marketing campaigns tailored to their assigned territory/market. You will maintain senior/executive relationships with prospects, clients, and other influencers in the market, ensuring client satisfaction from implementation and beyond. In addition, you will be responsible for driving a world-class sales process and cultivating the development and enablement of their team members.
This position provides opportunity to play a highly visible role in Clearwater’s growth within the EMEA market.
Responsibilities
Develop a successful sales strategy for your assigned team and market Take an active role in sales pursuits throughout the sales cycle as needed Participate directly in sourcing new opportunities and building a pipeline by leveraging your network of contacts and relationships Work with Marketing to develop sales and marketing campaigns tailored to your assigned territory/market Drive a world-class sales process Maintain senior/executive relationships with prospects and clients Ensure successful conversion of bookings to revenue by maintaining client satisfaction through implementation and beyond Demonstrate expertise in sales best practices, Clearwater knowledge, and market knowledge. Help the team achieve their annual sales quota in the region Coaching, advising, guiding and mentoring the sales team Recruitment, performance appraisals and active participation of new hire orientation Part of the EMEA region leadership team and help drive the vision and goals for the regionRequirements
Proven track record of supporting regional sales teams in exceeding sales goals/quotas. Ability to gain access and interact with C-level executives Experience running the full sales cycle from cold call to contract Experience working closely with the Board and Leadership team to shape company and regional strategy Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (fluency in French and English essential) Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully implementing go to market strategies for new regions and territories Passion, ambition and drive for building businessesEducation and Experience
6+ years of leadership experience managing, nurturing and mentoring high performing successful sales teams and organisations, preferably working with customers in the Insurance and/or Asset Management space SaaS sales experienceIf you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales leadership and a desire to drive the growth of a leading financial technology company, we would love to hear from you.
