Aspire Insurance Advisers is the International SOS Group’s specialist insurance broking subsidiary exclusively focused on the provision of value-added enhancement benefits to financial institutions worldwide. These include assistance services; insurance benefits; and concierge/lifestyles programmes. Our position as a highly specialised, knowledgeable and innovative insurance brokerage, combined with our Lloyd’s coverholder status and consequent international insurance and reinsurance licensing capabilities, means we operate across a diverse and wide geographic region. Our current client list includes financial institutions based in Europe, CIS, MENA, Africa and Asia.

About the role

As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners, including insurers, brokers, and Travel Management Companies (TMC) in France. Your role will be crucial in supporting our Director of Partnerships and ensuring the seamless execution of partnership initiatives to foster mutual benefit and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

Relationship Management: 

Act as a support to the Director of Partnership with Insurers, Brokers and TMC Partners in France.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual benefit and collaboration  Manage calendars, create agenda, arrange meetings, prepare presentations, coordinate schedules, issue minutes and regular reports/business reviews with partners in accordance with the Director of Partnerships Agenda.  Organize events with key brokers and insurers  Organize cases reviews with clients/insurers/brokers/account managers.  Update CRM with contacts, meeting, emails

Strategic Partnerships Development (Negotiation and agreement management):

Manage signature of new DBA’s and agreements with new strategic partners.  Manage and maintain existing DBA’s and updated contacts and procedures into de CRM. Renew DBAs into the CRM Support the onboarding team, account managers executives and business development managers in order to review the new clients/renewals operations procedures. Maintain the partnership strategy in France. Suggest innovations and adjustments, participate to the yearly redesign 

Financial performance:

Organize pipe reviews with brokers and insurers Keep track of overdue payments with Credit Control team and follow-up with partners (Brokers and Insurers) the outstanding payments related to access fees or cases management Ensure payment commissions of partners  Renegotiate commissions when necessary and payment schedules 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives. Participate in meetings and presentations to support the new business development and the renewals.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships. Develop and implement metrics to measure success and report on partnership outcomes (presentations, organization, contact management follow-up) DBA’s renewals finished on during the delay agreed by Sales Operations team Review of onboarding procedures

About you

A proven track record in partnership development.
Knowledge of French insurance/broking market.
Excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex relationships.
Excellent communication skills, service oriented, detail oriented, enthusiastic
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Fluent in French and English
